With over 20 years in the field — including 17 years as a Government WHS Inspector — I’ve worked with hundreds of organisations across all industries, from small operations to national brands. My experience spans investigations, enforcement, education, and advisory work, giving me a clear understanding of what regulators look for and how to meet those expectations in practical, sustainable ways.

During that time, I also specialised in psychosocial risk management for over five years — well before it became a mainstream focus in workplace safety. That experience shaped how I help businesses integrate both safety and wellbeing into everyday operations.

Today, I work with organisations across Australia to simplify WHS systems, strengthen compliance, and elevate wellbeing. My approach is practical, down-to-earth, and focused on long-term results — not just ticking a compliance box.
